Working with MedXCom

Since 2012, we have worked closely with our customers to streamline and implement a set-up that addresses and solves many of their after-hour issues, errors, and pain points.

We successfully accommodate larger orthopedic groups who have complex after-hour schedules, where multiple surgeons and mid-levels are on-call concurrently fielding calls specifically from EDs, hospital floors, urgent centers, and patients.

We’re prepared to work within your time frame, and, we can work quickly too! We’ll collaborate with your team to determine your after-hours on-call schedule(s) and needs and share our best practices for a seamless patient/provider experience.

Once your custom build is activated, all registered users will receive a welcome email. Separately, we’ll work will you to schedule a few online training sessions for both your admin staff and your on-call doctors and providers. You will also have access to short online video tutorials, that guide your providers through the easy set-up process.
