You can also use our simple Call Back button, which saves you the step of entering a patient’s phone number when you return their call. Of course, your personal Caller ID is still protected and the conversations are recorded.
Don’t have the app downloaded? You can use our Click-to-Call feature by simply clicking on the patient’s call back number from your web portal, and then entering the number at which you want to be reached. MedXCom will bridge and record the calls, and still display your public practice number on the patient’s Caller ID.
