The MedXCom secure texting platform allows users to communicate with colleagues, practice managers, office staff and (if permissioned by the provider) patients, in a standard SMS text manner, but in a HIPAA-compliant environment. Messages can be sent or retrieved on both our smartphone apps (iPhone and Android) and web portal, and all texts are documented and archived for 23 years.
