*Credit will be the lesser of $50 or the cost of one month of service.  The referred practice must become a paying client before the credit is applied to the referrer’s account.  The credit will be applied within 3 months of the referred practice becoming a paying client.  No limit to the number of credits, but only one credit will be applied per month.
