MedXCom was born from a common source of litigation – the classic after-hours “He-Said. She-Said.” After a lengthy, disruptive, and expensive lawsuit one of our founders realized that a simple call recording would have avoided legal action. This became the initial motivation to create MedXCom.
Today, MedXCom does much more than mitigate risk by recording all calls. The fully automated platform has evolved into a tool that offers providers after-hours transparency, improved workflow, and increased patient satisfaction.
