MedXCom Version 2 Migration Guide

There are only a few steps left before you can start using MedXCom Version 2. Follow the video below or complete the steps to finish your setup.

Migration Steps

1. Update Your Password

You will receive a “MedXCom Password Update” email from our system to complete your password setup. If you do not receive it within 2 hours, please check your spam folder.

Note: This change only applies to MedXCom Version 2. Your Version 1 account will remain active and unchanged.
2. Download the App

Install MedXCom Version 2 on your device:

Google Play | Apple App Store | Web App

3. Log In

Use your existing MedXCom username and your newly created password.

4. Set Up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

You will be prompted to configure MFA for security and HIPAA compliance. You can choose SMS or an authenticator app.

You may also choose to trust your device for 30 days.

5. You’re Ready

Welcome to your new MedXCom dashboard. Feel free to explore ahead of your migration session.
